Banana Oat Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 banana (slightly riper is best for flavour)

  • 1 Tbsp oats

  • 1 egg

Method

  1. In a bowl mash banana and stir through egg and oats

  2. Preheat non-stick pan to low heat

  3. Spoon banana + oat + egg mixture onto pan

  4. Flip over as edges start to cook

  5. Serve with natural yoghurt + mixed berries +/- drizzle of honey or maple syrup
