Initial Sports Nutrition Consultation $150
An assessment of your current nutrition status and areas of your life that impact on your health & nutrition including your training & competition schedule. Development of a sports nutrition plan to help you reach performance goals. This can include a skinfold assessment if appropriate.
Extended Review Consultation $110
Assessment of your progress and development of your competition/race nutrition plan. This appointment type is well suited for individuals who have upcoming competitions or for those who are struggling to make changes and feel they need extra appointment time.
Review consultation $80
Assessment of your progress and updates to your nutrition plan as needed. Further discussion regarding your long term nutrition and health goals and how to make sure you stay on track to work towards them.
Private Health – claimable on consultations. You will be provided with a receipt to claim online post the appointment.
