Kate comes from a long background in running as a state and national level athlete during school and a continued love for running completing multiple marathons, half marathons and triathlons.
She has worked with a number of sporting teams in Brisbane, including the Brisbane Lions and Wynnum Wolves Football NPL as a Sports Dietitian and triathlon clubs as a consultant.
Kate is passionate about helping her patients achieve their goals. Nutrition isn’t a one size fits all, so her approach with each individual human is to design & implement strategies that work specifically for them.

Nicola Pearce

Availability: Wednesdays in clinic or via telehealth.
Nicola is passionate about supporting others to fuel and perform at their best – both on and off the sporting field. Nicola will work with you to make sustainable lifestyle changes to support health and wellbeing, fuel sporting performance, and nourish a healthy relationship with food and your body.
As a triathlete herself, Nicola is particularly passionate about helping athletes (amateur to elite) fuel for endurance sports, including triathlon (super sprint to Ironman) and marathon running. Nicola is currently pursuing her PhD focusing on the health and performance of junior female triathletes, with the aim of further enhancing the support she offers to her clients.
Nicola does not believe in a restrictive approach or quick fixes, and will instead work with the individual to set achievable goals, taking into account your lifestyle, schedule and food preferences to ensure nutrition strategies are enjoyable and sustainable for the long run.
