Do you need a referral to see a Dietitian?

No you don’t. If you have private health you may receive a rebate from them, this will depend on your level of cover. If you have a GPCCMP referral from your Doctor you will receive a medicare rebate.

Are telehealth appointments available?

Yes we offer telehealth - phone or video, as well as face to face appointments at the Bulimba clinic.

How long are appointments?

Initials are 60 minutes and reviews are generally 30 minutes. If te condition is more complicated or you are preparing for a race/competition the review may be extended to 45 minutes.

Do we have a late cancellation fee?

Yes, as you will receive a reminder SMS the day before your appointment. If you need to reschedule please let us know via replying to this message, so we are able to offer the appointment time to someone on the waitlist. If you are a no show to your appointment there is a cancellation fee (50% of your appointment cost).
